Pet Waste Removal Policies
Our ability to effectively provide the Services can be dependent on a variety of conditions from weather, height of grass, and access to the yard and/or other outside influences outside our control.
Dog Waste Removal Services
All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre. If the area is larger there will be an additional charge for the time needed to fully search.
Initial cleaning is required to start recurring dog waste cleaning services/poop scooping.
Services are only guaranteed in maintained yards free of over growth, leaves, high grass/ weeds, trash, vines/ivy, and rocks that can hide the waste to be collected.

Billing
We pre bill monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 21 days have passed since your last clean up, a Initial clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service
for periods of 28 days. If service does not resume after the 28 day period you will be
removed from the schedule. Initial/One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has
been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment for services rendered becomes more that 30 days late we will turn your account over to collections.

When is payment due?
Initial and One Time Cleanings are due within 24hrs.

The first month may be pro-rated depending on when, within the month, the service started. Payments for pet waste removal are due on the 1st of the current billing month. Payments received after the 1st of the current billing month will incur a $5 reinstatement fee to be added to the route again.

Yard Access
If we can’t access the area that needs cleaning on your scheduled service day such as locked, blocked, or stuck gates. Or dogs that are not friendly and not allowing safe access based on our service providers assumption; then services will be skipped. No refund will be given and additional waste will be scooped on the next recurring service day.
If a request to come back either the same day or on another day an In Between Normal Services charge will be billed for that service. In Between Normal Service charge is typically $15.

Weather
We try our best to work in most weather conditions and will work through the rain and cold and heat as long as it is safe to
do so.
We cannot work through severe thunderstorms, lightning, hurricanes, flash flooding, extreme high temperatures, snow or ice.
We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop from the missed week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please notify us and we can add an in between services that will be billed at typically $15.
With that in mind attempts maybe made to service the yard on another day of the week if only one or two days of that week were disturbed due to weather or holidays.

These day may change but as of now the Holidays and time priors that pet waste clean up services are typically not performed on are as followed.

If services fall on one of the days mentioned earlier then an attempt to reschedule it a day before or after will be made if possible.
Jury Duty - not a holiday but the worker will get time off to attend as required
