About Refunds
You may return any item by notifying us within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. All returned items must be in original cartons, unopened and in re-salable condition.

All Pet Waste Products (stations and bags) will be shipped same or next day depending on the time and day order is placed.
Dog Park Agility / Obstacle / Amenity and some other products may require 4-6 weeks lead time as the product is manufactured in America upon order being placed.
